1879 Large Dragon cover Chinkiang to Shanghai，addressed to Hall & Holtz，franked with Large Dragon 3cands，tied with Chinkiang Post Office 4 MAR 1879 cancel，Shanghai customs MAR 6 1879 red cancel on LL cnr，reverse with Shanghai Local Post MAR 6 1879 cancel. This is the earliest known large Dragon Chinkiang outbound，also with 3cands is also known as the earliest of new rate. Extremely fine and rare and possible among one of the most important large dragon postal history as well as Kansu Province postal history.
