The shallow rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to an everted rim, painted to the interior with a rectangular medallion enclosing two flying crane in rich cobalt blue reserved on a cloud-filled ground, the rim with a band of stylized ruyi clouds pattern inside a double line, the exterior painted floral pattern on the four sides. The base with an four-character Longqing reign mark in underglaze-blue.
